Indonesian Economic Justice Review (IEJR) is committed to providing immediate, free, and unrestricted open access to all published scholarly works. The journal believes that making research freely available to the public supports the advancement of knowledge, encourages scholarly communication, and increases the accessibility and impact of academic research.
All articles published by IEJR are freely accessible online immediately upon publication, without subscription, registration, or access fees for readers. Readers may access, read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, and otherwise use the published articles in accordance with the terms of the applicable license.
Copyright and Licensing
Copyright of all published articles remains with the authors without restriction. Authors do not transfer copyright ownership to the journal or publisher as a condition of publication.
All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License.
Under the CC BY 4.0 license, anyone may:
- Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format;
- Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial purposes.
These rights are granted provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and source, a link to the license is provided, and any changes made to the material are indicated.

Author Rights
Authors retain full copyright ownership of their published work. Publication in IEJR does not prevent authors from:

Open Access and Academic Integrity
Open access does not diminish the journal's standards of academic quality or publication ethics. All manuscripts remain subject to the journal's editorial screening, double-anonymous peer-review process, plagiarism prevention procedures, and publication-ethics requirements.
The journal is committed to ensuring that open accessibility is accompanied by responsible scholarly communication, proper attribution, and preservation of the integrity of the academic record.
Article Processing Charges
IEJR shall transparently disclose any applicable Article Processing Charges (APCs), submission fees, or other publication-related fees on its official journal website.
Where applicable, such fees are independent of editorial decisions and do not guarantee acceptance or publication.
If the journal operates without APCs or other publication charges, this shall be explicitly stated in the journal's fee policy.
Long-Term Accessibility
IEJR is committed to maintaining the long-term accessibility and preservation of its published articles and scholarly records through appropriate digital archiving and preservation mechanisms.
The journal may deposit or preserve published content and metadata through recognized repositories, archival systems, institutional repositories, or other suitable preservation services.
