Publication Frequency

The Indonesian Anti-Corruption Studies (IACS) is published quarterly, with four regular issues released each year in March, June, September, and December.

The regular publication schedule is as follows:

Issue 1 — March
Issue 2 — June
Issue 3 — September
Issue 4 — December

Special Issues

In addition to its regular quarterly issues, IACS may publish Special Issues dedicated to specific themes, emerging research areas, significant developments, or interdisciplinary debates within the field of corruption and anti-corruption studies.

Special Issues may be initiated by the Editorial Team or developed through proposals from qualified Guest Editors and researchers. All manuscripts submitted for Special Issues are subject to the journal's standard requirements concerning:

editorial screening;
originality and plagiarism screening;
double-anonymous peer review;
research and publication ethics;
authorship and conflict-of-interest requirements; and
academic and methodological standards.

The involvement of Guest Editors does not alter the journal's peer review standards or editorial independence. Where a Guest Editor has a conflict of interest in relation to a submitted manuscript, the manuscript will be handled by an independent Editor.

Special Issues may be published in addition to the four regular issues and may follow a publication schedule determined by the Editorial Team. The publication of a Special Issue is subject to editorial approval and the availability of a sufficient number of manuscripts that meet the journal's academic and ethical standards.

The publication of a Special Issue does not guarantee acceptance of any submitted manuscript. All manuscripts remain subject to the journal's normal editorial and peer review procedures.
