Lentera Masyarakat Hukum is a fully open access, peer-reviewed academic journal committed to the unrestricted dissemination of scholarly knowledge in the fields of law, society, and community-based legal intervention. The journal provides immediate and free access to all published articles without subscription, registration, paywall, or embargo restrictions.
1. Immediate Open Access
All articles published by Lentera Masyarakat Hukum are freely available online immediately upon publication.
Readers may access, read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, and reuse published articles without seeking prior permission from the journal, subject to the terms of the applicable Creative Commons license.
2. Copyright Ownership
Copyright remains with the author(s).
Authors do not transfer copyright to Lentera Masyarakat Hukum as a condition of publication. Authors retain the copyright and other rights in their work while granting the journal the necessary rights to publish, reproduce, archive, and disseminate the article as the original publisher.
The journal does not impose restrictions on authors' ability to share or reuse their published work, subject to the applicable CC BY 4.0 license.

Authors are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions for third-party materials before publication.
9. Article Processing Charges
Any applicable Article Processing Charges (APCs) or other publication fees will be disclosed transparently in the journal's applicable fee policy.
The ability or inability of an author to pay publication-related charges must not influence editorial or peer review decisions.
10. Digital Preservation
The journal is committed to the long-term preservation and accessibility of its published content.
Appropriate digital archiving and preservation mechanisms will be maintained or pursued to ensure continued access to published articles and the stability of the scholarly record.
