Copyrights and Licensing Policy
1. Copyright Ownership
The Indonesian Climate Justice Review respects and protects the intellectual property rights of authors while ensuring broad dissemination of scholarly knowledge through open access publishing.
Authors retain the copyright of their published articles. By submitting a manuscript to the journal, authors grant the journal and the Publisher, COLLEGIUM JUSTICIA INDONESIA-Division of People’s Empowerment, Rights, Human Advocacy, and Legal Knowledge Initiative (PERHAKI), a non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, archive, reproduce, and communicate the article in electronic and other formats as part of the journal's scholarly publication activities.
The transfer of publishing rights does not constitute a transfer of copyright ownership. Authors remain the legal copyright holders of their work.
2. Creative Commons License
All articles published in the Indonesian Climate Justice Review are distributed under the terms of the: Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0)

Acceptance into a Special Issue does not alter authors' copyright ownership or the application of the CC BY 4.0 license.
10. Publisher Rights and Responsibilities
The Publisher, COLLEGIUM JUSTICIA INDONESIA – Division of People’s Empowerment, Rights, Human Advocacy, and Legal Knowledge Initiative, is responsible for:
